Question: Having trouble hearing the radio?
Answer 1: If you are a Blink customer, the problem is that you have two firewalls functioning which is preventing the audio from playing. The solution is to ask Blink to turn off their firewall on your connection, which will leave your built-in firewall to protect your computer.
Answer 2: If you are attempting to listen on a mobile device such as a Blackberry or smartphone, please go to www.resurfaceradio.com/mobile on your phone for our mobile website and mobile listening.
