Question: Having trouble hearing the radio?
Answer 1: If you are a Blink customer, the problem is that you have two firewalls functioning which is preventing the audio from playing. The solution is to ask Blink to turn off their firewall on your connection, which will leave your built-in firewall to protect your computer.
Answer 2: If you are using Mozilla Firefox browser, you will have to press the play button on the player to start the audio. It does not start automatically in Firefox, unfortunately.
Answer 3: If you are attempting to listen on a mobile device such as a Blackberry or smartphone, we will let you know when we have a solution.
